Agreement to These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using ColoriseAI (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Service

ColoriseAI provides AI-assisted photo colorization. You may use a free tier with limited functionality and optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features or usage, as described in the App. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid plans are offered as in-app purchases or subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Payment, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and your Apple ID settings.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device).
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, as stated at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies; we do not process App Store payments directly.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the colorization service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to break the App or our systems
• Use the App for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purposes
• Circumvent usage limits, billing, or security measures
• Overload or interfere with the service or other users’ access

Intellectual Property

The App, its branding, and our software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code except the limited right to use the App as offered.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI-generated results may be imperfect or unsuitable for your intended use. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), if you have not paid us anything directly (for example, only through Apple).

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we must do so for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where applicable law requires additional steps.
